tMinus1 is an AWS consulting and engineering firm. We got here by building — not by writing slide decks about building.

The short version

We started in 2015 building software products for clients — web, mobile, SaaS. Along the way we hit a problem of our own: listing software on AWS, Azure and GCP marketplaces took an engineering quarter per cloud. So we built Automatum, the platform we wanted. Today 80+ software companies run their marketplace revenue through it, with $120M+ transacted, and we still operate it.

That experience is the business now. We build AI agents and cloud systems that survive security review, we break them before anyone else can, and we run them in production. If we recommend something, it's because we've operated it at 2am — not because it was in a whitepaper.
